I am writing this as reassurance to anyone considering Warren to design, construct and manage a build project. I met him in Portugal, when I was looking to build a villa in the Algarve. It was his enthusiasm and passion for doing great work that made the difference in selecting him. For me, he has a natural instinct to create something that feels right, and just as importantly, he gets things done when he says he will. The original build went without a hitch, and he subsequently did further work for me on the villa that I was equally happy with.
I recently bought a ruin in the Alentejo, Portugal and had a local architect draw up plans to renovate it. I value Warren’s opinion, so asked for his views. His views made so much sense that I changed the whole approach, and got him to re-draw the plans. We are now underway with the build.
